Hi, I’m Carys.
I’m a multi-platform journalist, copywriter and digital editor with 15 years’ industry experience working for national magazines and major brands.
Formerly the group digital editor of BBC Countryfile and BBC Wildlife Magazines, I have a diverse writing background and have written extensively about the outdoors, health and fitness, science, the natural world and environment. Formerly, the online editor of Women’s Running UK and Women’s Cycling, I write a lot about health and fitness. A keen distance runner and cold water enthusiast, you’ll often find me in lycra.
